The app is an owner-only tool for reviewing existing property records. These terms describe the current read-only pilot.
Authorised use
Access is restricted to the approved Google account. Keep that account secure and protect any records you export. There is no public account registration.
Read-only scope
The dashboard presents source records and estimates. Make operational changes through the existing source workflow. This pilot does not edit records, run imports, finalise years or deliver original document files.
Checking information
Displayed estimates depend on the available source records and the recorded calculation rules. Check the underlying statements, dates, rates and source records before using an estimate for a financial decision. The app does not provide personal financial, tax or legal advice.
Availability and consent
Access depends on the approved account, Google consent and availability of the source and hosting services. You may revoke the Google connection at any time. See the privacy policy for permissions, retention and support contact details.
